Green Development

Recently, in the land development industry, much press has been dedicated to the newest development trend, "Green Development". The idea of Green Development has been around for years, however, recently the trend has regained momentum. The Green Development concept says that communities should be planned to be sustainable for future generations, while retaining an environmentally sensitive focus.
