David R. Jensen is a nationally recognized land planner with more than three decades of experience.  Dave is a speaker for the development and building community on green development techniques, smart growth, sustainable development, golf course development, "Winning at the Zoning Table", and other topics. He recently spoke to Colorado State Senators of the Smart Growth Subcommittee on growth issues pertaining to Colorado. He is the author of books published by the National Association of Home Builders and Urban Land Institute. David travels around the country speaking to building industry associations about development issues and design trends, and he is a regular speaker at conferences for The Urban Land Institute and NAHB. 

David hosts two types of seminars: industry issues and executive-level seminars. Below you will find more information about each type

Industry Issues Seminars
The issues-based seminars run the gamut of hot topics in planning and design. Some examples include the following:

Executive-Level Seminars
 The executive-level seminar is actually a comprehensive process designed to foster long-term solutions to your most critical industry issue. David conducts attendee interviews beforehand and then invites builders, developers and public officials to participate in a roundtable session. After his initial opening comments, the focus is shifted so that the builders, developers and elected officials interact and discuss the issue at hand.
