Summerlin, L a s  V e g a s,  N e v a d a

Summerlin is formerly a part of the Howard Hughes Trust, resides on 22,000 acres in Las Vegas, Nevada.  David Jensen Associates provided a review of the overall master plan and multiple villages.  These include:  Village I South, Village II and Village III.  DJA also participated in the design of the Summerlin TPC golf community and the Pueblo Community, a starter home through semi-custom home community. 

Summerlin received the distinguished Urban Land Institute Award of Excellence.
