This 631-acre premier master planned community balances both natural and man-made elements to create an aesthetically pleasing envirnoment. The master plan was conceived as a series of mini-villages to promote a sense of identity and community for residents. Each neighborhood cluster within the 894 single-family development has a distinct image of its own to meet consumer needs and preferences.

A system of open spaces, with wide paths, recreation parks, fresh water ponds and preserved natural areas, link all corners of the site into a fully accessable, environmentally sensitive community. Storm water detention ponds were included in the design, making effective use of the existing land area.

Because of the detail incorporated in the master plan of Villa Rosa, its value will continue to appreciate throughout the years.

David Jensen Associates, Inc. received recognition for creating the Villa Rosa master plan, winning the prestigious Best in American Living Gold Award, for Best Master Planned Community of the year in 1998.
